Delivery Information
It is a priority for us that your goods arrive safely and that the high standard that Instore prides itself in providing are carried through in the delivery service that we offer. Our delivery services and charges are broken down into 3 transparent and easy to follow categories.
When placing an order, on the checkout before you have to give any more information, you can use the shipping estimator to give an idea of what your delivery charges would be in any of the 3 categories and then choose the delivery method that is best suited to you.
Collections
The collection service allows customers to collect the items purchased themselves at any of the 6 collection points that we provide around the country. This option offers quick access to items purchased and will insure that no delivery charges need to be paid. It is particularly handy for customers of our online web page. If you choose this option you can choose the best collection depot that best suits you. Some collection depots will need a few days notice to have items ready for collection.

Per Item Delivery rate.
This shipping option uses a regular, Instore approved courier to offer nationwide delivery of items. It gives customers a faster, flexible, no frills service, where un-assembled, boxed items can be delivered. This per item rate is ideal for products that don’t need specialised handling. The shipping estimator at checkout will give you an accurate total cost when using this option.
You can’t use this option if you want items assembled!
Premium Delivery Service
This service involves using Instore’s own delivery vans and delivery personnel with over 20 years experience in handling and furniture care. The service is nationwide and insures the highest possible standard for delivery of your items. All products are blanket wrapped and tied in place to insure the highest standard of product care.
If you have chosen the option to have items assembled, then on site assembly can be carried out by our personnel and all packing and rubbish removed when they leave.
This service may take a little longer than using other delivery options depending on volumes and your location, anything up to 21 days. Instore reserves the right to adjust the delivery charge based on the final delivery address submitted.
