1: If you are not happy with your purchase, you must return your item within 14 days.

2: If you are returning a furniture item, a re-stocking charge for saleable goods returned will apply.

3: This charge will be notified to you at the point of agreement to accept the return on Instore’s part.

4: All returns must be accompanied by proof of payment.

5: All returns must be in their original packaging and condition.

6: You will recieve your refund within 30 days

7: Giftware returns can be made direct to the store with proof of payment for exchange or credit. This must be done within 28 days of purchase. Giftware returns for refund only within 7 days of purchase, the refund will be given in the method of initial payment.

8: We will replace damaged goods on presentation to our collection point once this has been agreed by the store manager.

9: We are unable to refund or exchange damaged or imperfect goods where imperfection was identified to you prior to purchase.

10: Mattresses cannot be returned due to health and hygiene issues once the packaging has been opened.

History

We opened our first store in Limerick in 1988, with the goal of bringing something new and unique to the Irish furniture market. We are a fully Irish owned family business with head quarters based in Limerick. The Instore service is currently provided by a team of 50, with our current aim despite the present economic challenges, to remain focussed on continuing to achieve the same goals we set out over 20 years ago.

Our brand in terms of bricks and mortar can be found both City centre and Ballysimon, Rd Limerick, Wellpark Galway and Midleton in Cork.  

We have excellent café’ s in Waterford and all our furniture stores (except Galway)… Sorry Galway!!!
